Spinach - Lots and lots and lots of vitamins and minerals, who doesn't like spinach? It is good for you. Have you seen all the Popeye cartoons? That's how spinach is that good. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spinach

I love raw spinach, or if it is cooked in a souffle.

My ma always put spinach on scrambled eggs with tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and cheese. Yum!

The worst thing about spinach is how much it wilts down! I love it though, it is one of those ingredients that I throw in almost everything.

I think that's why I didn't like spinach, because it got too wilted and looked like, well, you know. But I do love the taste of it now.

If you need to season your spinach, do so lightly.

I enjoy cooking it in a bit of olive oil, garlic, and red pepper. So simple, yet so tasty.

Spinach............mmmmmmmmm..........*smacks lips and drools*
I'm one of the crazy few who love just about any type of green, including spinach. I'll take it cooked or raw, doesn't matter to me.
