*Misstee and Lizzie are plating the rest of the dishes...and popping the champagne as we speak, pour in to our glasses...maybe a few bottles of Coke too. hehehe. So in total we have 7 dishes (4 entrees and 3 desserts) and 3 wines, the merlot, the pink chardonnnay and the white zinfandel. We're so done early.*

Dreyfuss: Are the challengers done already?
Fukui: "It...it appears to be so."

Ohta: Thanks, Fukui-san! You're eyes DON'T deceive you! The challengers completed their dishes with a whopping five minutes to spare! When I told Sakai-san and Michiba-san this news, they both looked at me and rolled their eyes! Looks like the Iron Chefs don't approve of the waste of time. Back to you Fukui-san!

(Michiba-san, we have eight dishes total and four wines. The food is plated, looking good Michiba-san. I'm so ready for the warm saki. All we need now is a hottub!)

30 SECONDS TO GO!
Ohta: Fukui-san! All the chefs have completed their dishes! The Iron Chefs have eight dishes and the challengers have seven. What an exciting battle here today! And, lucky me, the challengers are sharing their coke with myself and their assistant. I'm off to see if I can squeeze some sake out of the Iron Chefs!

----------------post--------------------------------------------- Mickster it's spelled sake, not saki. It is pronounced saw-kay, not sah-kee. -------------end post-------------------------------------------
Michiba: *Michiba-san, and Sakai-san are now sharing the sake, and seem to be enjoying themselves*
*The Iron Chefs are breathing a sigh of relief, as the clock finishes rounding up*

*Dreyfuss, Fukui, and Hattori all laugh*
Fukui: "Less than a minute to go in this red banana battle and all of the chefs are starting to celebrate on a job well done. Coke is being shared with Ohta on the challengers' side while the Iron Chefs are breaking out the sake."
Dreyfuss: *eyes widened* Do you think they'd share any of it with us?
Fukui: "You'd probably wait until tasting to get a glass of the sweet stuff."

(I'm hugging my partner Michiba-san as he hands me a nice warm glass of saki. Thanks man, it's been a grueling preparation part. Now for the scary part. Wonder who is on the tasting panel, seems the panel has been kept a secret for some reason. Anyway, my friend, take a deep breath and get ready for the second act.)
