Takasashi-San is the first chef from Kyoto, Japan. Living up to the finest Kyoto-Style cuisine with three dishes. Unfornately, it's not enough to pull the victory from Chen-San. Do you all agree?

It was quite impressive the way he handled that big knife when making a ribbon of the bamboo shoot.
