Nope, but it's something I'd like to try. I usually eat the smoked oysters from a can, but have had fried oysters, which I love. Never had raw ones, yuk.

I've had the raw ones, once. They had some garlic and lemon over them, they were great.

Cool, I gotta hand it to you, Groult has the spirit in his dishes...he won the MOF Award the year that I was born. Sakai-san on the other hand has the heart of his dishes and that's all that counts to me. Sakai had a clean sweep from the judges including my favorite, Julie Dreyfuss.
