Miyamoto-san...the chef that sends so many resumes out to the high-end French Chefs...does a fantastic job in his milk dishes, even though he lost to Chen-san. Hehehehe. Anyway, he worked for many French chefs in Japan. I'm like wow, he's so interested in the French culinary world.

He's probably interested because French and Japanese cuisine, are simillar in some ways.
