Iron Chef German - Miyala Kobe
Iron Chef Greek - Sheng Kim Matsui
Iron Chef Thai - Miyiko Kagahiwa
Iron Chef Polish - Akira Mohaui
Iron Chef Irish - Misakia 'Misa' Tanaka
Iron Chef Hawaiian - Hiroko Meni-Okagiwa
Iron Chef Korean - Keiko Yamazuma
Iron Chef Carribean - Toru Saito

Kaga: If memory serves me right...We have lots of very historical moments here in my Kitchen Stadium. But this magical moment is even better. Oh yes...What a amazing to see women on board. 12 women to be exact! Never have any other cuisines like this before until now....
