Well, Well, Well.
Scorpions beware. The fish version is too dangerous. Here's the synopsis:
Who will get stung when a dangerous looking fish is this week's theme ingredient. Challenger Hiroshi Yamanobe, is a chef from the seaside and determined to win, no matter what. How will Iron Chef Chen fight back?
Your opinions please: 3 to 1 in favor of the challenger.

I said the challenger wins it and he did! All four judges give him a good scores.
Yamanobe-San did a find job with his presentation.
