Early on Thursday morning, I learned my father, (who lives in TX) suffered two heart attacks. He is going to have that ballooning procedure later today (angioplasty). Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. If I do get a chance to see him, it will be over his recovery period. I'll keep you all posted on his condition.

I'll definately be thinking of him.
My father went through a similar procedure several years ago. He's doing fine now. Hang in there and keep in touch.

Thank you, mickey. I've been by the phone all day, I got to talk to my father, he doesn't sound too bad. He's never complained about pain, he's such a good sport.

Dad gave me a big scare yesterday. He was calling from what he thought was his death bed to tell me "goodbye." The doctors told him he had an hour to live. Turns out they had made a big mistake. They were looking at the old records from before the operation. He scared me, but I'm glad he's OK.

Good Lord, AC, are you serious? How stupid of those doctors! Telling someone they are about to die is the worse thing to do to anyone, I know this from experience, had a gyn who told me that once and it scared me, that was about 30 years ago. Your dad could have had a heart attack simply from hearing that he was going to die. I'd sue! Idiot doctors! Thank goodness your dad is ok. (%#%@& doctors!!! (Ya know what I mean).

What's worse it that my father is the worst type of person to tell that too. He has a cramp and he's dying! LOL!
