If you guys see the special "Secrets of Kitchen Stadium" when they did the challenger search in Washington, DC. and found the winner of the contest. Chef Morou won the challenge and he's coming to Kitchen Stadium to challenge Iron Chef Flay.
Synopsis: Chef Morou, the winner of an Iron Chef America competition in Washington, D.C. comes to Kitchen Stadium and challenges Iron Chef Flay to battle. With one win already under his belt, can Chef Morou keep up the winning streak?
My prediction: 57-55 in favor of Chef Morou because he has the confidence of his cooking.
Somebody would have to do the spoiler, I've seen the promo.

Bobby Flay made some excellent dishes, all of which I'd eat. The challenger was awesome, did you see that chocolate covered pea popsicle?

Yeah, the pea popsicle looked good, I'd like to try that. Flay's dishes were excellent, though. The final score surprised me. The judges seemed to like the challenger's dishes as well as Flay's, yet it was a landslide in Flay's favor.

Great, a non-meat ingredient! And it was nice to see some diversity in Kitchen Stadium; i think all of the previous challengers have been white or East Asian with a few Latinos thrown in.
Both chefs did a good job, it all looked really good. Morou definitely deserved that perfect score in originality. They did look like they enjoyed Flay's dishes better, overall, so i was expecting the win. Judges were getting a bit out of control. The judge at the end (the tv host) looked like she was about to spit her food across the table when the other judge said something that she obviously didn't mean to come out the way it did...
I used to work at a Senegalese restaurant, so i was really curious about Morou's dishes. Would love to try them sometime, if he gets a new restaurant. For those who don't know, Morou's restaurant was owned by Jack Abramoff. When he got into trouble, the politicians and others all stopped coming to the restaurant, and i think it closed. Chef Morou can probably open his own restaurant now, if he wants to; he should get a lot of customers after being seen on IC, as well as his old customers who liked him but didn't want to be associated with Abramoff.

Wow, MC, thanks for that information. Chef Morou did a very good job. I was tickled to see Hanah Storm as a judge. She is one of my favorites. I remember when she did sports broadcasting and used to get kicked out of the mens' locker rooms. Too funny.

Well I'm glad the Iron Chef won. I thought Morou was going to pull it off for a change.

I'm with MusicalChef - the challenger deserved the perfect originality score and the win definitely belonged to Flay.

I agree. Chef Morou really had some great ideas, but Iron Chef Flay's dishes were superior.

bobby flay's bold flavors usually wins him the taste score. he always scores average to low on the other two but he nearly gets perfect taste scores. comfortable win for flay though.
