From Mediaweek: The all-star edition of Food Network's Iron Chef America teaming Giada De Laurentiis and Iron Chef Bobby Flay against Rachael Ray and Iron Chef Mario Batali resulted in an above average performance on Sunday, Nov. 12 at 9p. The episode ranked first among all ad-supported cable networks in the time period with a 1.9 household rating, 5.8 million viewers and a record 1.4 rating among adults 25-54.
A fourth season of shows based on the long-running Japanese cult hit is currently being produced for a launch on February. ------------------------------
This tells us two things: 1) Ratings were great, so I think a rematch or similar battle next year is very possible 2) ICA is returning for another season.

Maybe If we're lucky they'll make the new episodes more regular.
