Even though he's a short-lived Iron Chef in the Battle of the Masters Series...I sure adored his Californian cusine. I tried one of his canned soups and it's great. I still wanted to go to Spago's Chicago.

His Dallas, TX restaurant, Five Sixty, turned five today. The kitchen is currently headed by Patton Robertson, and the dishes have an Asian flair to the flavors. Though I can't visit for Chinese New Year, I intend to visit in late July-early August (as a birthday gift to myself) or in December.
