I rarely even watch ICJ anymore. Same here, AC. Between the time slot and the fact I've seen pretty much every ep that's been translated, I don't watch ICJ anymore. That's why I wish FN would get their hands out of their pockets and pay for the rights to the rest of the series. There are plenty of episodes that have not aired in the US or Canada, including most of Nakamura's.

I don't think they'll ever buy the rest of the episodes, sadly. I think we have to wait for a Japanese or Chinese DVD set to be released with subtitles, so that we can watch ICJ, including the eps we've never seen, anytime we want!

It will depend on who can be persuaded to get the DVD rights from Fuji Network. Food Network could probably be persuaded depending on their past DVD sales, but I suspect there'll be better luck with the anime companies such as Geneon or AnimeEigo.
