NO WAY SHAPE FORM OR FASHION! Are you kidding me?! Yep, me too. I understand people buy truffle oil if they can't afford the real thing. Sounds alot more economical to me.

I've had good caviar at an expensive restaurant in Spain, and it was salty, but tasted sooooo yummy. First and last time I ever had it. I've never had any kind of truffles except the chocolate ones, LOL

Chocolate Truffles are decadent, succulent, amazingly creamy. Depend on what kind of cream you want it's definitely divine.

I don't think the truffles they dig up under Oak trees taste like the chocolate truffles we know and love. I guess they would taste somewhat like a mushroom? They look like a fatty laced black walnut to me. But I've only seen them on tv.

I thought that they use a certain species of pig, that sniff out truffles from underneath the ground?

They do. Specially trained pigs to sniff them out. I understand their biggest problem is keeping the pigs from eating them before they can harvest them.
