What is the significance of the name for 0.239 nutritional calories? Is there a reason you're mentioning it?

So if we get our body heat up to 103, does that mean we will burn more calories? But then we'd be closer to death, too. Just a thought!

If I may be so bold, I believe misstee is bringing this up because a couple of the recipes she recently posted in Recipe Chat give the number of kJ per serving in the stats (along with calories, carbs, etc.).
Mickster, it's got nothing to do with body temp - it's just a way to measure food energy, like calories.
