I don't drink milk for obvious reasons but when I used to it was whole milk or nothing.
I don't see the point of lowfat milk since you need both the fat and vitamine D to absorb the calcium in it. It just seems counter productive to me. Now goats milk, that stuff has plenty of fat in it. Yum!

Haven't drunk milk in years, but it was always skim when I did. For cereal or when I baked, it was whole milk.

I only drink Organic milk, to avoid the antibiotics and other weird stuff they put in the other "non-organic" varieties. I like almost any milk but skim, which tastes funny to me.
