It's a SoyMilker by Soy Club: soyclub.com/index.htmlYes, it was over $100 buuut we spend $7 a week on soymilk. This will pay for it's self in 3 months. Not only that, this model doesn't just do soymilk (which I can make my own tofu out of I may add). It also does any nut, bean, or grain. I have already made Horchata, yummmm, and I'm looking into what else there is out there. The best part of all? A process that used to take 2 hours of back breaking work is as easy as making "a cup of coffee". I put the soaked beans in, push a button, and 12 minutes later I have soy milk. Beat that! If you use a lot of soymilk or tofu you just gotta check this out.

Only recently is it that I started to drink soymilk. Love the stuff! I don't drink it enough for it to be practical to buy the machine, though.
Glad it works well for you, Arrianna.

Would only 25 cents a gallon change your mind? I'm still working out the fine details like soaking the beans 10-12 hours instead of 8-10 and adding a few pinches of salt and 2 TBS of sugar to sweeten the result for drinking. It looks like it's going to work great though. I couldn't be happier.
