It is fast approaching the time when the local custom, around my place that is, is breaking out the egg nog for dinner or for a midnight drink.
I would like to know how exactly do you enjoy this fine drink?

With soymilk and plenty of tempered egg yolks. A little nutmeg is a must as well.

Sanji, I have an awesome recipe that will please anyone, if you (or anyone) would like.
Other than that, I like my egg nog prepared the traditional way, only I do use rum extract.

I enjoy egg nog "as is", or with a wee drop of brandy.

Occasionally I like eggnog, but make my own because I don't drink raw eggs. And, of course, I use lots of whipped cream, and brandy. Hey, does anyone like it with peppermint schnapps? I love that stuff.
