Saturday we had Greek Fried Chicken. Saffron yogurt marinated chicken pieces. yum Sunday we had gone out to eat at "Iron Chef" LOL yes it's really called that, but it has nothing to do with the show, other than the name inspiration. It's a small Japanese place, run by Chinese. lol www.ironchefct.com it's in a plaza across the street from where SO works. Tonight we had Chinese roasted duck and scallion buns. *yum* Tomorrow, we'll have a small butterflied leg of lamb marinated in olive oil, red wine vinegar, basil vinegar, garlic and italian herbs.

Broccoli Beef yesterday. Tonight I need to think of something I can do with ground beef.... maybe I'll stuff some squash.

Revised spag bol recipe tonight. Leftovers for the rest of the week, but this one works out a bit better.
