The last two shows were awesome (don't cha think?) Especially yummy looking to me was the wine glasses dipped in chocolate and filled with apple soup that IC Sakai made, gonna have to try that. Did you like the format of these shows? Was sort of a nice change from the norm. Would enjoy seeing some like that occasionally. Anyway, it will be great seeing "his greatness" - IC Michiba (LONG LIVE THE god)again! (SAKAI-san RULES!)

The Sakai-san, Michiba-san, and Chen-san era was the best era in Iron Chef history. Everything the Iron Chefs made was fantastic, and there was a bit more drama in my opinion.

TOTALLY AGREE, MA, Those three IC's were the greatest in every sense of the word, in my opinion. We have to (must)keep the faith that one day food network or Fuji TV will come out with dvd's of all the shows.

I got the IC book at Walmart.com for REALLY cheap. Great piece of literature! ;D You can also get it on Amazon.com. Get it while you can, before all of them disappear forever!

I ordered my book from the IC Store on Food Network last year. It's worth getting, has wonderful info although there are somethings in it that are not totally correct, you can pick those things up from the show. Lots of great photos and bios.
