Just fun and just to tuning up the boards.
Which Iron Chef should Iron Chef Asian Roy Yamaguchi test himself against and why?
Bonus: Which secret ingredient?
I would choose out of all the Iron Chefs, past or present, Morimoto. And the theme ingredient would be: Pineapples Because Roy has several restaurants in Hawaii and a few in the U.S. It could be a interesting one.

He has lost both the battles he was in, right? Yes, pineapple is a good choice for ingredient, but against Chen-san.

If you're going to battle someone, battle the master - Michiba. Have the secret ingredient be some sort of fish.

I voted for Batali, and the theme should be something that has no Italian or Asian roots, Corn!!!

If you're going to test yourself against an Iron Chef, you might as well go straight to the top and make it the King of Iron Chefs! Sakai-san!
