OK. Thank you.
The next dish I have prepared is Chocolate Chicken. The chicken has been marinating in a red wine and chocolate marinade, some lemon juice was also added. The cayenne pepper and paprika add a spicy touch to this one. It is served over rice and broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and mushrooms. The vegetables were also sprinkled with coca powder. The chives on top add a nice garnish to this. Please enjoy.

Kurimoto (This dish is very good but I don't detect any use of chocolate. You could have probably incorporated chocolate into the rice and it would have convinced me it was being used.) Kishi (I agree with Kurimoto-san. There is no real evidence of chocolate here, but the dish is wonderful. Too bad it doesn't get a high rating.) Takata (It's soooo goood, but not much chocolate here. This chicken is really tender, probably from being marinated.) Kanou (I like the use of the cayenne pepper, but that's not the subject ingredient for this battle. Good idea, Kandagawa-san but not enough chocolate.)

Kandagawa: OK, I am sorry about that.
My next dish is a tilapia and coconut dish. The tilapia is coated with coconut and almonds to give it a crunch, and I added white chocolate to the creamy buttery sauce and it is served with buttered zucchini. The white chocolate adds a wonderful flavor and is predominate throughout the dish. The edible purple mallow flower pedals are used in presentation, to go along with the island feel of this dish. Please enjoy.

Takada (Kandagawa-san, this chocolate and butter sauce is perfect for this dish. The meat of the fish is so tasty and the coating gives it just the right crunch.)Kanou (I find this dish to be quite pleasing, you certainly make very good sauces for all of your dishes.) Kishi (I am a big fan of fish so it's quite pleasing to me that you have made two fish dishes. The coating on this fish is very good but I think it should of had chocolate mixed in it. The Sauce is great, butter and chocolate work well together.)Kurimoto (I wish you would have added more spices to the coating, something with a kick to it. Your chocolate and butter sauce is very good.)

Kandagawa: Alright. Thank you.
For my last dish I prepared a dessert platte, which consists of a dark chocolate and sake flavored dessert drink, (with some whipped cream on top ), a white chocolate mouse topped with caramel and walnuts and just covered in the edible gold leaves, a fruit assortment, (of strawberries, pineapples, bananas, and cherries), dipped in a milk chocolate glaze, and drizzled with white chocolate. The last part to the platter is a chocolate sushi, made with dark, milk, and white chocolate. All four of the items on this platter are smaller in size so you can enjoy them all equally. Please enjoy this dessert.
