Takata (This is my favorite of all your dishes, Kandagawa-san, of course I have such a sweet tooth. The white chocolate mousse with carmel is soooo gooood. Who knew you could eat gold) Kurimoto (Yes, Kandagawa-san, this is really a treat. I'm enjoying the dark chocolate and sake drink, although, it would really be good if it was warmed a bit but it truly is a masterpiece.) Kishi (I'm loving these assorted fruits that have been dipped in the milk chocolate glaze, delicious) Kanou (This three flavored sushi is very unusual, very good, and so original. This entire dish was great but I'm not a big chocolate eater so I only sampled it. Very good job, Kandagawa-san)

post.... I've sent my scoresheet for Kandagawa-san's dishes to manalive. I did not keep a copy of the scores I gave, and my memory does not last very long, so, as of this moment I don't know what the scores are anymore. This way it will be a secret to each judge what the others scored. And a surprise to (me) which chef won. end.....

Morimoto: This first dish is dedicated to a fan in Chicago, She's first timer as far as her special chocolate wasabi sauces for this special sushi. With ahi tuna, tomatoes, avocado, and onion. Enjoy. *bow*

Kurimoto (I'm enjoying the various tastes in this sushi, and the chocolate wasabi sauce is a good sauce for this dish. Yes, this is good I think) Takata (I really like the sauce and it goes well with the tuna.) Kanou (Well, I'm very manly, so I think it is a good start but needs more strong flavors. The chocolate and wasabi sauce is tasty but needs more spice.)Kishi (Yes, Kanou-san, you are VERY manly! I think this is a very healthy dish. The chocolate is a perfect host for the wasabi.)

*Morimoto serves up the Chicken and Shrimp Tempura with the White Chocolate and White Sauce to the panel...*
Morimoto: To me the white chocolate accentuates clearly with the white wine I wanted to be elegant as best as I can. Enjoy.

Kurimoto (Very good dish for an apetizer. The white chocolate the tempura batter have a creamy but crunchy texture. The sauce has a sparkly punch that goes well with the chicken and shrimp.) Takata (This is soooo gooood.) Kanou (I can really taste the chocolate in the tempura batter. Good apetizer.) Kishi (This is fun to eat. The chocolate works well with the white wine.)
