*Morimoto serving Chocolate Stir Fry Veggies to the panel, the shrimp will come later*
Morimoto: Sometimes stir fry can use something sweet, like chocolate. To top it off I put sweetened cocoa powder on top. It gives more chocolately infusion to the stir fry. Enjoy! *bow*

Kurimoto (The cocoa powder adds a sweet touch that gives these veggies a totally different taste, very unusual) Takata (Hmmm, very tasty) Kanou (I like the savory/sweetness of this dish but the cocoa clashes with the sweetness of the shrimp) Kishi (I'm not sure about this dish, I will have to try more of it.)

*Morimoto serving the Chocolate Seafood Stew to the panel, he serves them in bowls.*
Morimoto: Think of this if it's beef stew with the chocolately taste...but seafood is the next best thing.

Kurimoto (Yes, this is very nice, it combines the sweet yet subtle flavor of the seafood and chocolate very well. I like it) Takata (who knew chocolate would match so well with seafood and fish broth. I'm also enjoying the veggies in this stew.) Kanou (Now this is really good) Kishi (Yes, it is very good. I'd like to take some home, please.)
