Post ------------------------ Okay, great battle everyone. If all the chefs could please PM me a list of their dishes, in order, that would be great. Also, if you want a special little "blurb" about the dish to be said, (i.e. The chocolate accentuates...) give me that also. Thanks! ------------------------ End

Ohta: Kandagwa-San, you were really fired up back there, excellent job. What do you think of your dishes?, your natto salad which you made for doc looks great, how did your other dishes turn out? Are you still confident, that you will be able to take down, Iron Chef Japanese, Morimoto Masaharu-San, for the count? I saw you breaking out the sake a few minutes ago, do you think that you'll get a full 80 points this time? Ohta: So Morimoto-San, you were pretty excited, the katsuboushi broth smelled great, it will do really well in the dish. Do you think that you can pull off a perfect score? What do you think of challenging Kandagawa, like your predecessor Michiba-San? Are you still confident that you will win? By the way, would you like to try some of this chocolate natto salad, Doc. Hattori gave me some and it is terrific!, best of luck to both you and the challenger Kandagawa-San. *Ohta hands Morimoto-San, a bowl of chocolate peanut butter, natto salad* Morimoto: It's kinda like Reese's with Natto. Anyways, I hope my dishes can outsmart Kandagawa-san's I don't know...it's pretty up to the judges...

Fukui:
Challenger Kandagawa prepared seven dishes today:
First is spring rolls filled with carrots, bamboo shoots, lettuce, mint leaves, and dried mushrooms. They are fried, lightly, and served with a white chocolate sauce, flavored with truffles and sake. A light appetizer to start the course.
Second is a beef sashimi dish. The kobe beef is perfect for this dish. The sauce is a chocolate and wine sauce. White chocolate adds a wonderful garnish and flavor to this dish.
Next is a beef and broccoli stew. Kandagawa used the dark chocolate in this dish. It should awaken the sinuses with the spices added. The sea urchin roe on top adds a wonderful, unique flavor to this dish.
The next dish is fried halibut nuggets with a chocolate and truffle sauce, the halibut is fried in a batter using cereal and buttermilk, with a splash of sake added to the batter. It is finished off with sesame seeds on top, and is meant to be dipped in the chocolate and truffle sauce. The truffles on top give this dish a wonderful flavor, and a beautiful look as well.
Chocolate chicken is a wonderful, yet simple dish. The chicken has been marinating in a red wine and chocolate marinade, some lemon juice was also added. The cayenne pepper and paprika add a spicy touch to this one. It is served over rice and broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and mushrooms. The vegetables were also sprinkled with coca powder.
Next is a tilapia and coconut dish. The tilapia is coated with coconut and almonds to give it a crunch, and Kandagawa added white chocolate to the creamy buttery sauce and it is served with buttered zucchini. The edible purple mallow flower pedals are used in presentation, to go along with the island feel of this dish.
The last dish is a dessert platter, which consists of a dark chocolate and sake flavored dessert drink, (with some whipped cream on top ), a white chocolate mouse topped with caramel and walnuts and just covered in the edible gold leaves, a fruit assortment, (of strawberries, pineapples, bananas, and cherries), dipped in a milk chocolate glaze, and drizzled with white chocolate. The last part to the platter is a chocolate sushi, made with dark, milk, and white chocolate. All four of the items on this platter are smaller in size so the tasters can enjoy them all equally.
Iron Chef Morimoto counters with his own set of six:
The first dish is "Sushi with Chocolate Wasabi - 3 Ways: (White Chocolate Wasabi, Dark Chocolate Wasabi, and Milk Chocolate Wasabi)
Second is "Chicken and Shrimp Tempura with White Chocolate and White Wine Dip"
Next is "Chocolate Stirfry Veggies"
Morimoto's fourth dish is titled. "Chocolate Seafood Stew"
Fifth is "Chocolate Stir Fry Shrimp and Veggies"
And rounding out his course, Iron Chef Morimoto made a desert, entitled "Chocolate Tiramisu - Japanese Style"
