Hattori: Well.... I probably would've aimed for 2 main dishes, and 2 desserts, with chocolate you have to balance out the texture, and the aroma otherwise it will taste bitter, if the chocolate is too strong, or too weak.

THIRTY SECONDS TO GO!
Fukui: Well, it looks like the clock is wrapping up on this battle, eh Doc? Challenger Kandagawa, no stranger to Kitchen Stadium aiming to take down Iron Chef Japanese Masaharu Morimoto...
15 SECONDS TO GO!
... The theme is chocolate, and Iron Chef Morimoto isn't going to let his biggest rival get away with a win...
10 SECONDS, 5 SECONDS
... It's been a grueling match, with both chefs doing exceptionally well...
3...2....1....
*The Gong of Fate sounds*
And that is it! Time is up, the chocolate battle is OVA!

Ohta: Kandagwa-San, you were really fired up back there, excellent job. What do you think of your dishes?, your natto salad which you made for doc looks great, how did your other dishes turn out? Are you still confident, that you will be able to take down, Iron Chef Japanese, Morimoto Masaharu-San, for the count? I saw you breaking out the sake a few minutes ago, do you think that you'll get a full 80 points this time?
Ohta: So Morimoto-San, you were pretty excited, the katsuboushi broth smelled great, it will do really well in the dish. Do you think that you can pull off a perfect score? What do you think of challenging Kandagawa, like your predecessor Michiba-San? Are you still confident that you will win? By the way, would you like to try some of this chocolate natto salad, Doc. Hattori gave me some and it is terrific!, best of luck to both you and the challenger Kandagawa-San.
*Ohta hands Morimoto-San, a bowl of chocolate peanut butter, natto salad*

Takata (I must admit to being happy this battle is over, I'm almost afraid to eat what these two magnificent chefs have prepared, although it all smells great. Well, we will see whose cuisine will reign supreme. It promises to be a battle beyond compare. Long live the chef that wins this one!)

Takata I Chef Kandagawa is one of my very most favorite chefs. He is a real challenger and I admire him very much. I think that if he was confident enough to make so many dishes, they must be very good!)

Everything looked great, I must say. I would have made another one, if I had more time. I truly respect Morimoto-san as an amazing chef, I would like to win, but I know I did my best, now...it is up to the tasters! I am looking foward to a win, yes, how about 100 points?!? *laughs*
