Kurimoto: I've never had anything like this before! It's very unique- you definitely score creativity points for this one. And the taste is out of this world.

Kanou (This is a good party food when friends are over and the host wants to make something easy. I really enjoyed it. The sun dried tomatoes and wine sauce you cooked this in really topped it off. Very pleasureable dish and very creative.)

Kobe: Thank you.
Last is broccoli ice cream. The flavor of the broccoli is sweetened, and is has a wonderful and unique taste. I started out with a very creamy ice cream mixture, then added the broccoli puree. It was thrown into the ice cream machine, and now it is just right, a wonderful creamy texture. On top of the ice cream is a few peices of broccoli flowers, and granola, covered in either milk, or white chocolate. For those who like their sweets, whipped cream and a cherry are optional and can be added on top of this unique dessert. Please enjoy.

Kurimoto: Well, this is... interesting. But in a good way, of course! I've never had anything like this before- the flavor is very unique. Once you warm up to it, it's actually quite tasty. You just have to get over the fact that it's broccoli ice cream. *laughs*

Dreyfuss: *laughs* This is so refreshing. It's kinda like reminding me of mint ice cream, It could've been some mint in here. But other that...as Kurimoto-San said...it's tasty and not so old fashioned.
Kishi: Very nice indeed, the flavor of the broccoli stands out soo well with ice cream. I would have a combination of milk and white chocolate sauce just....what I say, I'm speechless in a good way about this fine dessert. Always it's just too good.

Kanou (I was hoping for something sweet to top off the great dishes you prepared. This broccoli ice cream is quite unique. A dash of lemon would have made it have a crips taste to the broccoli but it is really very good. Very unusual and creative. You did a fine job in battle Broccoli, IC Kobe.)

Fukui: Tasting is over! Both chefs did well, but there can be only one winner in this battle. The verdict, when we return.
Post ---------------------- Okay, then. Great job so far everyone! I'll need the scores for those of you that haven't submitted them yet. I'll tally them up and post the winner as soon as I get the verdict.
Score each dish according to the following guide:
Max ten points for taste Max five points for creativity Max five points for plating
Thanks, and good luck chefs! ---------------------- End

Post ---------------- Erm, this is embarrassing.
Okay, scoring each dish worked great last time, but it doesn't work this time because each chef made a different number of dishes.
SO, we need to redo scoring. This time, we'll do it just like the real show. Give me an OVERALL score for each chef. 10 points for overall taste, 5 points each for overall presentation and creativity. Don't judge each dish individually, just the entire course as a whole.
If anyone needs their scorecards back to do this, I'd be glad to help out.
Sorry, and thanks! -------------------- End
