Kurimoto: Iron Chef, you just keep making my favorites: first ravioli and now this! Have you been following me around after taping?
It goes without saying that this is superb. Another job well done.

Dreyfuss *feasts her eyes on Kobe's pizza*: I have to admit....*laughs*...I'm a pizza-holic. I really love it when you use broccoli in here. You can also use spinach in here too. Other that, another job well done.
Kishi: I love the way the ricotta and broccoli mixes together. Very tasty dish.

Kobe: Again, thank you very much.
The next dish I have prepared for you today is called Broccoli and Chicken Alfredo soup. This creamy soup has broccoli puree in the base, which adds a great color and taste. There are chunks of chicken and broccoli florettes in this creamy soup as well. Bow tie pasta are also in the soup. Please enjoy.

Kurimoto: My goodness, Iron Chef, you just don't miss a beat do you? The broccoli and chicken in this dish go together wonderfully, and the broccoli puree in the base is divine.

Kanou (Awesome soup, IC Kobe. The texture and taste really give my mouth pleasure and the pasta is perfectly el'dente. This is certainly an original dish, too.)

Dreyfuss: mmmm. this soup is sooo divine, so scrumptous. I like Chicken Alfredo, better then I love Chicken Alfredo in a soup. And the broccoli is really flavorful.
Kishi: Oh yes, flavorful, indeed. I can't believe you made a pasta tradition in to a soup. It's very lovely.

Kobe: Thank you, thank you very much. The next dish is an Italian take on the French dish Chicken Cordon Bleu. I used mortadella, swiss cheese and some Chinese broccoli, which gives this dish wonderful color. The chicken was cooked, briefly and then the mortadella and swiss cheese were added. Then each one was rolled up, sealed with a toothpick, and popped into the oven. The simple sauce served with this dish is made of parmisan cheese, butter, milk, seasonings, and truffles. Please enjoy.

Kanou (This is a very good dish but I think the star of this dish is the chicken and not the broccoli. It would have been better if you used more broccoli in, say, the sauce, and in the rollup. I really can't taste much broccoli in this dish. It is plated very nice)

Kurimoto: It's good, but it's not your best dish. Like Kanou-san said, the chicken really takes center stage, while the broccoli seems to be more of a supporter than a theme ingredient.

Kishi: I much agree. This is a very good alternative to any stuffed chicken dish. I wish you would add some marinara to it.
Dreyfuss: Oh yes marinara's the best with this dish. Broccoli and chicken really catches my eyes everytime.
post----- is this the last dish, I'm ready to vote. end post-------

Kobe: OK.
My next dish is a stuffed beef tenerloin. A broccoli stem is rolled in a slice of prosciutto, then rolled in a thin slice of beef, which has mozzarella in the middle. It is slowly cooked in a red wine and sun dried tomato sauce. Please enjoy.

Dreyfuss: Tastes like an Italian sandwich. That's my opinion. The wine and the sauce makes it really satisfying.
Kishi: This is very satisfying. I agree with Miss Dreyfuss, this definitely is like an Italian sandwich with no bread.
