LOL, AC, did you know that Morimoto won that battle as well. In the special it showed a clip of Fortune teller: Kazuko Hosoki, giving her commentary on it, from when she was tasting the dish, and she said "Personally.... I don't think that anyone would want to eat this". Lol.

AC, I can't remember which battle it was but.... there was one of Sakai's dishes that she tasted, and she said something like "ugh.. this is just awful.. it's the worst thing that I've ever had in my life", and then she went and gave Sakai a perfect score of 20, Lol.

LOL! I remember that! Sakai looked shocked! I don't remember what battle it was either though. I think that she was complaining about, Sakai's squid ink ice cream... but I'm not sure.

One of the judges was complaining, about how she didn't want to eat, when the battle was in progress, and when Sakai was making it.

I thought that was for the fish ice cream.

Like Sakai's Trout Ice Cream in the Battle of the Masters series....It was shocking when he lost that battle...

Part of the reason why the Japanese chefs lost, was because the judges were american, and they weren't used to Japanese style cooking, so it tasted weird to them, and it was foriegn, so that's why the american chefs won, in my opinion that is.
