Instead of posting a new thread each week, I thought it would be easier to make one big thread. Not hungry tonight. I had a very late lunch...

Not sure yet. When I got home a few minutes ago, hubby was on the phone - waiting for him to get off so we can decide what to have.

We ended up having Burger King the other night; last night and tonight (the leftovers) it was Shake & Bake chicken.

Yesterday I made French onion soup, it's in the fridge mellowing out for lunch today. I LOVE ONIONS! LONG LIVE ONIONS! Can you say - bad breath?

Sounds interesting, AC. I never would have thought to pair mustard with fish.
We kept it simple and low-fat today - we had turkey burgers.

I cheated yesterday, had some potato au-gratin balls from that Omaha steak package, they were OUTSTANDING! Paired them with some crab cakes I got at the grocery store, not so good the crab cakes. Too watery.

Lasagna for dinner tonight - it's in the oven as I type this (and starting to smell darn good, too!).

I had cheesy cube steaks with mushrooms and onions. Cresent rolls, buttered broccoli.

Rice porridge tonight. A cup of cooked calrose rice is added to a cup of low-sodium chicken broth diluted with a cup of water, which is then seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil. To this concoction is added some cubed Spam, a teaspoon of minced jalapeno peppers, a teaspoon of sliced pickled mushrooms, and a minced clove of pickled garlic. This is then simmered on the stove for about an hour or so. Believe me, it tastes a lot better than it sounds and is good for a cold winter's night.
