OK I got a great smoothie recipe for all who love creamy things like me.
The Orange Explosion
1.5 cups lemonade
2 scoops orange sherbet or orange/low fat ice cream mix
1 cup frozen peach slices.
Place all liquid ingredients in a blender jar. Add the rest of the ingredients to blender jar, cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
Makes 2 servings

I love Banana smoothies:
Banana Smoothie
What you need:
* 1 ripe banana ( a ripe banana has tiny brown spots on the peel) * 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt * 1 tbsp. sugar or honey (or to taste) * 1 c. crushed ice * 1 tsp. fresh lime juice lime wedge or banana slice, for garnish
What you do:
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Pour the smoothie into a large glass and garnish with a lime wedge or banana slice. Serves 1.

Your shake sounds fantastic, Misstee!
Here's one:
Chocolate Almond Shake:
- 2 Cups Chocolate Milk - 1 1/2 chocolate or vanila frozen yogurt - 1/2 cup ice cubes - 1/2 toasted almonds
In blender, combine all the above. Purée until smooth. Serve in tall glasses.
Prep time: About 5 minutes. Serves: 2-4.

I got a banana smoothie for you AC.
Berry Banana Blaster
1.5 cups orange juice
one quarter cup of honey
2 cups frozen strawberries or any berries (I love raspberry and strawberry one cup each)
1 banana
half a cup of ice
Place all liquid ingredients into the blender jar. Add remaining ingredients to blender jar, cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
Makes 2 servings.

Frozen Cappuccino Drink
Ingredients: 1/2 oz Irish Cream 1/2 oz Coffe Liqueur 1/2 oz Hazelnut Liqueur 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream 1/ oz Light Cream 1/2 cup Ice
Directions: Blend until smooth. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and add a cinnamon stick for a stirrer

Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in bottom of large glass and fill glass with blended mixture about four inches from top of glass, then add sweetened heavy whipping cream. Stir to mix and enjoy. You can also use alcohol free wine.

Orange-Pineapple-Banana Drink (aka "Yummy Juice")
3 ripe bananas 3 cups pineapple juice 2 12 oz. cans frozen orange juice concentrate 1 12 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
Blend bananas and pineapple juice together. Add juice concentrates and the amount of water specified by each concentrate (usually 3 cans for OJ and 4 for lemonade). Blend or stir to thoroughly mix. Makes 6 quarts.

Frozen Hot Chocolate
6 (1/2-ounce) pieces your favorite chocolates (can be a variety) 2 teaspoons store bought hot chocolate mix 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 cups milk 3 cups ice Whipped cream, for garnish Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place it in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring occasionally until melted. Add the cocoa and sugar, stirring constantly until thoroughly blended. Remove from heat and slowly add 1/2 cup of the milk and stir until smooth. Cool to room temperature. In a blender place the remaining 1 cup of milk, the room temperature chocolate mixture, and the ice. Blend on high speed until smooth and the consistency of a frozen daiquiri. Pour into a giant goblet and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Bordeaux Bellini
Ice water, for chilling Champagne flute 4 ounces Lillet Blanc, chilled* 3 ounces peach nectar, chilled 8 ounces sparkling wine, chilled 1 teaspoon cherry syrup 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish
*Lillet Blanc is a French wine made from a blend of wines, herbs, and fruits. It can be found in specialty wine stores. Put ice water in a champagne flute and let the glass chill for 5 minutes. Empty the ice water and pour the Lillet Blanc and peach nectar into the flute. Add the sparkling wine. Gently stir in the cherry syrup and garnish with a cherry.
