Judy Wong - Yes, I really am enjoying the lobster stuffed tomato. Tempura is one of my favorite things, and this is a great dish.
Judy Wong - I love the lobster and shrimp cocktail. May I have more, please!
Judy Wong - I hate to admit it, Chef Michiba, but I don't like lobster that tastes like chocolate. Sorry but I hate this dish......

Takata: The cocktail is wonderful. The flavors all blend so well, it's very pleasing.
I'm afraid I have to dissagree with Wongsan. This lobster sushi is very creative and the chocolate wasabi goes very well with with the lobster. I enjoy chocolate with my seafood very much. The entire thing, not something I would think of myself, but very well done.

Kobe: I wanted to have a big opening to this meal, and I thought this was a good dish to do that with. It is Japanese in style, and is very colorful in appearance. This dish is made with lobster meat, mayonnaise, bell peppers, and pimentos. It is served in a lettuce leaf inside of a bell pepper. Please enjoy.

Kobe: My next dish is a handmade lobster ravioli. I filled the ravioli with lobster meat, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, basil, and seasonings. The creamy sauce is made from flavors like fresh tomatoes, heavy cream, olive oil, lobster meat, and red wine. Please enjoy this.

While the ravioli itself is bland, and unorigonal, it's the sauce that jumps out at me. A fine job.

Judy Wong - This lobster ravioli is a fantastic dish, IC Kobe. The ravioli filling has the perfect match of ingredients with the lobster, and the sauce couldn't be any better.
