post-------------------------- Let me know how it tastes, Mick! end--------------------------
Kobe: Thank you. For my next dish I prepared an Italian stuffed lobster tail. The lobster meat was removed from the tail, and cooked. Then the meat was added to a olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, parsley, parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs mixture. This is all tossed, then spooned back into the lobster tails. It is topped with some parmesan cheese, and Italian style bread crumbs. It was cooked them and served them in the shell, and is garnished with fresh parsley. Please enjoy.

Judy Wong - Kobe-san, was this tail put under the broiler. The lobster seems to be a bit overcooked. It would have been great with mayonaise, but is quite tasty.

Kobe: Yes, it was broiled, mainly to heat it up and to have a nice browned topping.

Kurimoto: This dish.... I don't know. I can't say that I dislike it, but I'm not crazy about it either. I do enjoy your presentation, though. Very nice.

My main complaint is that the lobster tail isn't boiled to add color to the dish. I like the flavor just fine, but the shell just takes away the impact of the dish.

Kobe: OK. Well, moving on, our next course we have here is my lobster pot pie. I cooked my lobster, and then added it to a butter and sherry sauce. I let that cook, and then added some heavy cream. Paprika was added next, along with some fresh garden vegetables, like mushrooms, and bell peppers. I added some bread crumbs to thicken it just a bit, and then spooned the mixture into ramekins and topped them with a mixture of butter, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and fresh chives. It was cooked till it was creamy, and had a light brown color for the topping. Please enjoy.

Judy Wong - Hmmmm yummy. This taste so GOOD! The butter and heavy cream go very well with the rich taste of the lobster. And mushrooms are the perfect vegetable for this dish. It couldn't have been more perfect.

Kaga: I'm speechless about this dish. Wonderfully done!
Kurimoto: I couldn't agree with you more, Kaga-san. This dish is just great! The texture, the aroma, the presentation, and most of all the taste, are all divine.

Let's be real here. Yes, the sherry does add a flavor componet to the dish that is unrivaled and works with the other ingredients, but there is better wines out there that will work better. A fine effort none the less.

I made sure the flavor of the lobster did not over power this dish, and that it wasn't ignored either. This is a refreshing dish and is meant to cleanse the pallet from the meal you've just had. It is served in a liquid form, and is garnished with fresh mint leaves. Please enjoy. *Bows*
