Kobe: Thank you. My next dish is a lobster pizza. The pizza is very thin, and crispy, and a basil pesto sauce is spread on it instead of a tomato sauce. I added sliced bell peppers, for color and flavor, lobster meat, mozzarella cheese, and sliced black truffles. More black truffles are added on top for a garnish, along with some fresh parsley. There is a spoonful of caviar on the side of this dish, and is the taster's choice to add it or not. Please enjoy.

Takata: So much flavor. The basil, pine nuts, and lobster is so harmonious. The truffles and caviar are the perfect accompaniment. If food was music this would be a sonata.

The Caviar is a bit much, so I didn't use it. The dish is just perfect.

Judy Wong - I think this is the classiest pizza I've ever eaten. I like the thin crispy crust and the pesto gives the lobster just the right zest. Yes, this is very, very good. Very imaginative as well.

Kurimoto: Iron Chef, so far you're batting 100%! This pizza is delicious, and even though it may just be "too much", I still enjoyed the caviar.

Kobe: Thank you very much. My next dish is a lobster and beef roll. I started out with a very thin slice of Kobe beef, and brushed it with a marinade of garlic, olive oil, and mustard, fresh herbs were added as well. I then rolled a lobster tail in the beef, and in the middle I stuck to asparagus stalks. The sauce it is served in is a sauce made from caramelized onion, mushrooms, red wine, and is seasoned with rosemary and fresh thyme. Please enjoy.

Takata: Delicious. The flavors all mingle together in a very pleasing way. I'm afraid I can't really taste the lobster. The rest of the flavors are so... predominant. The texture is very nice though.

I agree. The Kobe beef just simply overpowers the lobster. It would be different if another type of beef is used.

Kurimoto: The lobster just isn't the main focus of this dish. It's delicious, of course, but it's not really ideal for a "Lobster Battle."

Judy Wong - I must agree, the flavors are just to overwhelming and the lobster is lost. The taste of this dish is great but where is the lobster?

Kobe: I see. I am sorry that you all feel this way. Our next course is a lobster and seafood stew. I started out with fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, and red wine. I let this cook for a bit, and then added big chunks of lobster, some shrimp, mussels, and clams. To add even more to the experience of the lobster, I prepared a lobster bread to go along with this dish. I started out with a focaccia bread, and brushed it with olive oil, garlic, parsley, fresh plum tomatoes, and finely chopped lobster meat. It is very light, and doughy, and can be dipped in the stew, or eaten on it's own. Please enjoy.

Takata: If you are trying to convince me to come to your restaraunt I think you are suceeding. This is wonderful. The soup with all the seafood... and the bread dipped in the soup... succulent.

Kurimoto: This is great. Unlike the last dish, the lobster fits right at home in the stew. I took a bite and said to myself, "Now THIS is lobster."
Kaga: The lobster bread is ingenious. I would have that everyday if I could.
